Try to limit the road travel while people are hunting. 13. If you draw blood that counts as a kill and that animal is taken off of your quota. 14. Make sure to keep the skinning rack, walk in cooler and the gut buckets clean. 15. If you are going to shoot a deer that is for another member you need to have written permission to do so. 16. A club member must be on ranch if guest or on the lease. 17. Leave all open gates open and close all closed gates immediately after use. 18. You must record your harvest animals in the ranch log provided at the ranch house immediately after harvest. 19. Be sure you have appropriate attachments of game tag and animal sex is required. 20. No night hunting allowed. We just don’t want to draw any attention to ranch by neighbors or game wardens. Also we don’t want to spook any game. 21. Do not discharge any firearms after dark. Same reason as #20 22. Anyone in the field during hunting hours must be signed into a hunting stand and remain at that location. Sign-in map is located on the wall in camp. 23. If there is more than one member that wants to pay then we o pull out of a hat. WHEN LEAVING CAMP 1. LEAVE CAMP CLEAN AND READY FOR NEXT GROUP 2. VACUUM THE CARPET AND SWEEP FLOORS 3. WASH ALL DISHES AND PUT THEM AWAY 4. TAKE HOME ANY PERISHABLE FOOD THAT YOU BROUGHT 5. EMPTY ALL TRASH AND PUT NEW LINERS 6. DUMP THE TRASH AT THE DUMPSTER LOCATED AT PAUL'S HOUSE 7. CLEAN UP AND ORGANIZE BACK PORCH 8. DELIVER THE DIRTY SHEETS AND TOWELS IN BIG PLASTIC BAG TO PAUL'S GARAGE 9. MAKE A LIST OF ANY ITEMS NEXT GROUP WILL NEED TO BRING AND PUT THEM IN THE ITEMS NEEDED PAGE ON WEBSITE WHEN WALKING OUT THE DOOR 1. TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS INCLUDING OUTSIDE LIGHTS 2. BE SURE COOK TOPS AND OVENS ARE OFF 3. BE SURE TO UNPLUG COFFEE POT AND EMPTY AND CLEAN 4. BE SURE ALL FIRES ARE OUT--- FIREPLACE , BACK PORCH,BBQ &FIRE PIT 5. BE SURE THE THERMOSTAT IS SET ON HEAT AND THE TEMPERATURE IS SET ON 50 TO 60 DEGREES 6. BE SURE ALL WINDOWS ARE CLOSED 7. DON’T LOCK THE DOORS 8. REPORT ANY PROBLEMS WITH CAMP ON WEBSITE ON THE TO DO PAGE SKINNING RACK AND COOLER 1. DUMP ANY DEER REMAINS IN THE RANCH BONE YARD 2. CLEAN UP AREA AND HOSE OFF CONCRETE PAD 3. TAKE DEER OUT OF COOLER (DO NOT LEAVE DEER IN COOLER) 4. CLEAN OUT COOLER AND MOP THE FLOOR AS REQUIRED (COOLER FLOOR HAS DRAIN PLUG – BE SURE TO REPLACE DRAIN PLUG) 5.
